At Sue Beauty Shop, your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell hair care and beauty products, certain hygiene rules apply to returns. Please read our policy carefully below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened & unused products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sueferracini.hairstyling@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Sue Beauty Shop covers the return shipping. [Confirm whether you want to offer prepaid return labels or ask customers to ship at their own cost.]

How to Start a Return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
